There are several ways to visualize the same set of data, each one with his advantages and disadvantages. In this chart, I’m using exactly the same data of my small multiples of heatmaps regarding drug harms in UK, but in a different way: for each criterion, I calculated the arithmetic mean for all drugs and used it to create a small multiples of bar charts, one for each drug. The y axis represents the difference from the mean: red bars above the zero line mean more harm, and green bars below zero line mean less harm.
